- Solder Paste Printing:
Our precise solder paste printing machines not only apply solder paste but also conduct additional checks before advancing to the next station.
- SPI Inspection:
SPI inspection is a critical phase ensuring the quality of solder paste application and evenness on the exposed PCB. Detecting defects early minimizes costs and avoids extensive later corrections.
- Pick & Place:
We employ highly advanced Pick and place machines, adapting to the latest technology for precise component placement, even with the tiniest components.
- Reflow:
Once the P&P assembly is complete, circuits move to our large, high-quality ovens, each tailored with a temperature profile matching product size, complexity, and other specifications.
- AOI Integration:
